Over the next two years, 34 per cent of organisations will introduce unified communications and collaboration tools, such as Skype for Business or VoIP. However, only half of all organisations have insight into which technology applications may affect the performance of their mission-critical corporate network, while over 40 per cent have no governance in place for application performance.
